Requirements for Thematic IDS Concentrations

Our Thematic Concentrations, Health & Society and Community Governance & Advocacy, require 15 credits specific to their themes within the concentration courses. The universal IDS requirements for either of the Thematic Concentrations include three Foundation Courses, SSC299, SSC499, and a 12-credit Cognate in the discipline of the student's choice. The following requirements are universal for either of the Thematic Concentrations a student might choose:
